Voith launches InfibraDeflaker to advance efficient and flexible stock preparation

Voith to deliver comprehensive rebuild of paper machine and stock preparation for Aquakraft’s PM 2 containerboard mill in Turkey
Turkish paper producer Aquakraft Kagit ve Ambalaj and Voith have signed a contract for a comprehensive rebuild of the paper machine and stock preparation at Aquakraft’s Ferizli mill, located around 170 kilometers east of Istanbul.

General Emballage selects Andritz to supply Africa’s largest paper machine
International technology group Andritz has received a major order from General Emballage to supply a complete PrimeLine paper production line for a greenfield mill in Naama, Algeria.It will include the widest and highest-capacity paper machine in Africa. Start-up is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. The order value is in the low three-digit million euro range. It is included in Andritz’s order intake for the first quarter of 2026.
Wuzhou Special Paper selects Andritz as main supplier for new pulp mill in China
Wuzhou Special Paper (Jiangxi) Co. Ltd., a Chinese paper producer, has selected international technology group Andritz as the main supplier of key technologies and equipment for a new greenfield pulp mill in Hukou County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, China. Start-up is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. The order was included in Andritz’s order intake for the first quarter of 2025.

Voith and Wuzhou Specialty Paper successfully start up first DuoCentri NipcoFlex press with center belt
Following the contract announced in 2025, Voith has successfully started up PM 19 at Wuzhou Specialty Paper. The paper machine is the first worldwide to operate with Voith’s DuoCentri NipcoFlex press with center belt. The solution has now moved from development to commercial opera-tion and has already demonstrated stable production and reliable web runnability.

For the first time in years, emtec Electronic will be attending this year´s CIDPEX China International Disposable Paper Expo from April 15 to 17. Since the first Voith headbox was supplied in 1914, the company has continuously improved one of the most critical components of the paper machine. Today, Voith headboxes are installed in paper mills around the world and form the technological basis for stable production, consistent quality and high operational efficiency.
