Valmet delivers an automation system for CO₂ liquefaction plant supporting green transition in Finland

Valmet has received an order from Suomen Biovoima Oy to deliver a Valmet DNAe Distributed Control System (DCS) for a CO2 liquefaction plant at Auris Energia’s biogas plant in Mäntsälä, Finland. It will be the first CO2 liquefaction plant of its kind built in Finland with this technology.

Mondi enables Büromodel to cut operational packing costs by 20%

Mondi has collaborated with furniture manufacturer Büromodel to develop a tailor-made corrugated packaging solution for shipping acoustic office cabins across Europe and beyond, delivering significant gains in operational efficiency. Traditional wooden and plywood crates presented challenges in terms of health and safety risks and were becoming less preferred in key export markets such as Germany and the UK. Mondi worked closely with Büromodel to switch to a bespoke corrugated packaging solution that ensures safe transportation and improved product protection. The solution eliminates mould issues that had previously been experienced during sea freight transportation.

Minhan Paper places repeat order with Andritz for a new OCC line in Vietnam

Minhan Paper Joint Stock Company has placed an order with Andritz to supply a complete old corrugated containers (OCC) recycling line for its mill in Hung Yen province, Vietnam. This marks the company’s second OCC line from Andritz and supports Minhan Paper’s ongoing expansion in packaging paper production. Start-up is scheduled for the first half of 2027. The value of the order will not be disclosed. It is included in Andritz’s order intake for the second quarter of 2026.

Södra’s sale of its holding in SunPine AB has been completed
