SCA updates MTN programme and publishes prospectus

Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA (publ) on May 8, 2018 established a Medium Term Note program (MTN) with a loan framework amounting to SEK 8 billion. In connection with the annual update in 2026, SCA’s Board of Directors has resolved to increase the borrowing limit from SEK 8 billion to SEK 12 billion to ensure flexibility and diversification in the financing. Up to and including June 11, 2026, SCA has issued SEK 9.95 billion under the MTN program, of which SEK 6,5 billion is outstanding.

National Power Supply, Thailand, expands renewable energy generation with Andritz recovery boiler

National Power Supply Public Company Limited (NPS), part of Double A Group, has selected Andritz to supply a recovery boiler and evaporation plant for a new bioenergy power plant in Tha-Toom, Thailand. The systems will be installed at the pulp and paper mill of Double A Group to recover chemicals and generate renewable energy. The order value is in the high double-digit million euro range. It is included in Andritz’s order intake for the first quarter of 2026.
