IBS Austria is the new owner of PMS Papermaschinen-‐Systemtechnik GmbH.
2 leaders enter into a promising partnership: Klaus Bartelmuss (IBS) and Hans J. Struck (PMS). are both enthusiastic about the alliance of the two companies. Many synergies will help to ensure that the new "jewel in the crown PMS /IBS leads to new successes.
PMS is the pioneer of the Ruby Nozzle in papermaking, supplying paper mills worldwide. IBS has a dominant position in the supply of paper machine ceramic and many other related products and also provides other leading technical solutions for paper machines, with several subsidiaries.
At the end of September 2015, the contract was concluded, which promises a positive development for the partners: IBS Austria is now the new parent company of PMS.
