Dr. Glander brings many years of international management experience. With a
PhD in chemistry and an MBA at Michigan State University, he held various
management positions in major chemical companies such as Bayer AG. In his last
role as Managing Director of the Engineering Plastics Division of Röchling, he had
full responsibility for the Composites and Medical Plastics business units. Before
that, from 2005 to 2012, he worked for Quadrant EPP AG in Switzerland as
Business Line Manager Advanced Engineering Plastics and was later promoted to
Global Director Marketing & Technology of the group.
