Solenis completes acquisition of CBC India chemicals business

"India is now the fastest growing pulp and papermaking country in the world with 10.5million tons of paper and board production and represents a significant growth opportunity for Solenis,” stated John Panichella, president and CEO of Solenis Chemicals India Private Limited to the acquisition of Connell Bros. Company (India) Private Limited, a specialty chemical company dedicated to the pulp and paper market in India.

All assets and business associated with Connell Bros. Company (India) Private Limited are a part of the deal including the sales and technical personnel as well as an AKD emulsion manufacturing facility with associated operating personnel.
