The base of the SpeedSizer applicator unit is made of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic). This carbon technology allows consistently stable application profiles, especially when there are changes to operating conditions. SpeedRod M, the new metering rod bed generation of SpeedSizer, ensures that if a hose change becomes necessary the downtime will only five minutes. In addition, easy access to the metering rod fixture provides for better cleaning.
