The symposium is focused on basic/applied research results concerning understanding, improvement, and targeted application of interface phenomena in the production of paper and paperboard. The purpose of the symposium is to provide a forum for scientific and industrial researchers to exchange ideas and discuss developments in these growing fields. The scientific program includes lectures of invited speakers as well as oral and poster presentations. The presentations will be scientifically founded and oriented towards or proven by industrial application.
