Through the exciting mix of congress, lecture forum, trade fair and network events, the entire product range along the process chain for the pulp and paper industry is shown at ZELLCHEMING EXPO. The annual general meeting of the
ZELLCHEMING Association will also be held there on June 12, 2013. The prestigious, international ZELLCHEMING congress “Science & Innovation” runs for three days and also includes the Cellulose Symposium “Lignin and Hemicelluloses”.

Prestigious speakers from industry, science and research are will hold high-level lectures on the latest trends and developments. On the agenda are topics such as the additional benefit of the recycling of polymeric paper composite material, nonwovens and paper composite material on epoxy resin basis, as well as the biocompatible multi-layered architecture for ferric oxide nanoparticles.

The lecture forum “Fibers in Process”, which is included in the trade fair, presents the latest megatrends. Apart from application areas for the solutions and products shown at the trade fair, you can watch exciting panel discussions about topics like the Roadmap 2050, the future of paper, mineral planning, and recycling management, as well as the contestability of Germany as a location for industry.

Another important part of the ZELLCHEMING Expo are the evening network events for the casual exchange of experience between experts and for socializing with new contacts. On the first evening, the official opening of the trade fair will be held in the Rhein-Main-Hallen. The second day of the fair will end with the ZELLCHEMING Summer Evening, at the Kurhaus Wiesbaden, the traditional social highlight of the European paper industry.
