The other areas of responsibility in the management team remain unchanged:

• Marco Esper, Chairman of the Management Board, responsible for the Paper Machine Clothing Division (PMC),
• Dr. Ralf Kaldenhoff, Managing Director, responsible for the Technical Textiles Division (TTX).

Mr. Bemelmans is 42 years old. After successfully completing his university degree (Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) at Aachen University of Applied Sciences, MBA International Business at Kristianstad University, Sweden), Mr. Bemelmans worked for many years as a consultant for large medium-sized companies in a wellknown auditing company. In 2009 he was appointed as a certified auditor. Most recently, he worked as a commercial managing director in various medium-sized companies.
