DREWSEN invests in shoe press for PM
DREWSEN SPEZIALPAPIERE is set to modernise the press section on its PM 5 with the installation of a shoe press. The objective is to streamline the press and improve the production of DREWSEN’s special papers in low base weights.
DREWSEN will therefore be able to expand its market position for Thermal Base Papers, Thin Printing and Label Papers, and moreover, Barrier Papers for food packaging.
Installation will be completed by PMT SRL in a low-impact, two-stage process. Installation of the new shoe press represents a multi-million Euro investment.
